I can't hear the sound during outgoing calls and I don't see any action during incoming calls. I'm using Classic PhoneTools v9.0. My phone speakers are disabled in the program's interface. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I recommend that you remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install it again. Also, make sure that the speaker on your phone is enabled and check if the error persists. If it is still not working, and the Speaker phone (Click to view) option is disabled, it means that your phone is not recognized by the software or by the computer. To fix it, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the phone using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. Also, I recommend updating the program using the Live Update button from the Setup menu:
If none of this helps, try contacting the developers.
I have been using Phone Tools version 2.19 with a USR 56K professional mode. For some time I was able to fax documents from Microsoft Word. All was working extremely well apart from now and then when I select "Capture Fax BVRP" from the print dialogue box and nothing happens. To make it work I have to reboot the computer which is really frustrating. Any Suggestions?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Make sure to check for additional update related to the application because this is a problem related to the software's functionality.
